i am so sick of these inconsiderate boobs with cell phones in public that seem to be oblivious to those around them as they gab and gab on their cell phones that i’m ready to spring for one of those jamming devices to silence it once and for all in close proximity to myself. has anyone purchased on of these if so, how well does it work and which one do you recomend?

I’ve thought about those things, too, but they’re expensive, aren’t they?
And not to mention the FBI will be very curious as to why you would need one of these. They would look at you as a terrorist until they decide otherwise.
