You would be subject to the laws of whatever countries you are buying and selling the product in. I don't see how the U.S. authorities could possibly be concerned, especially if the countries you're doing business in don't have a problem with it. The only thing the U.S. certainly *would* take issue with is whether or not you're paying taxes on your income from the sales. I would think that anything you do outside the U.S. would not be subject to U.S. jurisdiction. You would be subject to the laws of whatever countries you are buying and selling the product in. I don’t see how the U.S. authorities could possibly be concerned, especially if the countries you’re doing business in don’t have a problem with it.
