I got one from a friend of mine who works at a movie theatre. It has about a 150ft radius. My neighbors have been complaining that their cell phones don’t always work when they’re at home. They’re getting suspicious. Is it legal to own this thing? I’ve seen them on the Internet for sale in Europe.

According to Burn Notice, it is not legal to use them in the USA. But it must be awfully hard to detect the use of it.
