But now I realize that I told those stories for a reason. They are screen memories, a memory that the mind dreams up to mask unspeakable trauma.

Getting abducted and GANG PROBED.
I found proof of my suspicions just thus afternoon, as I was walking to my New York apartment from the only hot dog vendor in the city whom I know for a fact isn’t secretly a military robot built to poison me. The government and I go way back.
I was turning a corner and adjusting my belt (to cover up the cell phone jammer, those things are WAAAYY illegal) when they decided it was time to attack. A garbage truck was driving beside me and one of the garbage men riding on the back of it fell off. Naturally, I bolt. I mean, would YOU want to be hit by an alien tranquilizer dart? I feel sorry for the garbage man, but better his memory gets erased than mine.
So there I am, in the middle of an alien ambush that all of you simpletons walking down the street are too blind to know is going on. All of you, except those of you who are aliens yourselves. In order to make it home alive, I grab a garbage can lid and use it as a kind of riot-shield, smashing through all the alien obstacles in my path. Did you know that they have started dressing aliens as women with baby strollers, and put little rubber human costumes on their hideous alien larvae?!
After I get home, I lock all ten of my locks, and just in case put a claymore mine in front of my door. After waiting with my shotgun (also illegal for me to own, but for different reasons) pointed at the door for about three hours, I commando crawl to my window, and put on my night vision goggles. Then as I look out, someone (or something) runs into the adjacent alley. Coincidence? That’s for the the military tribunal to decide.
HA! Just joking, there’s no way that it was coincidence.
I’m not sure how long I waited after that for something else to happen, because time kind of mushes together when you’re constantly on trucker pills. Mushes together like so many smashed alien larvae.
All I know is that eventually, a black sedan drove by. How do I know they were spying on me? What’s my proof? Well I’ll tell you! I don’t need any! That’s my proof. Every single one of my guesses has been right in my life, which is why the aliens decided to study me anyway, I exhibit extreme knowledge of everyone’s plots. I’m the one who one who told the CIA about the Fenway park bombing- Oh wait, THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN.
BECAUSE I’M PSYCHIC.
But now the government knows that I’m wise to their game, just as the aliens are.
The only way I can hope to survive is by luring the two opposing forces into confrontation: The Alien task force and the Alien Task Force or ATF (or as YOU know it "Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms") and hope I can slip through in the ensuing battles.

I made a list of the components and took the list to Radio Shack. On items like the resistors, I was able to find resistors with the same wattage but not the same tolerance. My questions are as follows:

1. Are the resistors and capacitors in this schematic unusual so that I’d have trouble finding them?
2. Are the percentages on the schematic actually referring to tolerance or are they just showing overall signal change?
3. If I am correct in thinking I need to trace down a 6.8K Ohm with 1% tolerance, where is the best place to find such hard-to-get parts?
