I want to sell the cell phone jammers online through ebay. However, I live in the U.S. and they are illegal. I will just put a disclaimer on the auction saying it is illeagl to possess in certain countries. The buyers information will be sent to a company in china and they will ship it to the customer. So i will have no possession of the item, it will just be dropshipped. Do you think this is legal in the U.S.? Thank you!
People are selling them on eBay already. And im not trying to ship into the u.s. Maybe just for countries where it is legal to posess one.

Has anyone ever been arrested for a mobile phone jammer in the United States?
I understand that a device that jams a cell phone signal is illegal in the United States due to the Communications Act of 1934. However, can anyone cite a single case where someone was arrested, charged and sentenced because of this act (being in possession of a mobile phone jammer OR operating a mobile phone jammer)? I’ll even settle for someone just being arrested due to a violation of this act. I am very interested in the subject matter.
